Key Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and record accurate journal entries for multiple entities within the group.
2. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactions are properly recorded and matched with supporting documents.
3. Maintain and manage the General Ledger (GL), including reviewing account balances and identifying discrepancies.
4. Coordinate with AP and AR teams to ensure settlement transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
5. Review supporting documents to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of accounting transactions.
6. Assist in the month-end and period-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and preparation of supporting schedules.
7. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and procedures.
Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
3. Good understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and month-end closing.
4. Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and basic tax compliance.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with accounting systems or ERP software.
6. Experience handling multiple entities and coordinating with AP, AR, Tax, and Finance teams is preferred.
7. Experience in e-commerce, consulting, professional services, or a fast-growing company is highly preferred.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
9. Good command of English, both written and verbal.
10. Agility & Work Efficiency: Quick learner, agile, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under deadlines.
