What You Will Do
- Manage and record all cryptocurrency and fiat transactions, including purchases, sales, and transfers.
- Reconcile digital wallets and ensure every transaction is accurately documented in the accounting system.
- Maintain financial archives and carry out precise, timely data entry.
- Calculate, remit, and report PPh 21 (Employee Income Tax) and PPh 23 (Tax on Services, Rent, and Other Payments).
- Operate accounting software (Accurate) for data entry, transaction management, and year-end adjustments for annual tax reporting.
- Prepare and manage financial data using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure supporting transaction documents are complete and accurate.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Solid grasp of the accounting cycle, from recording transactions to preparing financial statements.
- Working knowledge of taxation, especially PPh 21 and PPh 23, and familiarity with current regulations (including Coretax).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Accurate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and disciplined.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Conversational English or above.
