Deskripsi pekerjaan Accounting & Tax Staff PT Hans World Logistics
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Accounting & Tax to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial accounting activities, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and petty cash reconcilements.
- Manage daily cash flow operations, including preparing, processing, and executing wire transfers and vendor/supplier payments via Kopra Mandiri systems.
- Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including tax calculation, filing, and reporting for monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN/VAT).
- Ensure all accounting procedures and internal controls comply with relevant financial standards and tax laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing.
- Tax Certification (Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and Coretax.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and good problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
