About the role
This role involves managing the Company's monthly and annual tax compliance, including preparation of tax calculations, reconciliations, payments, and tax reporting across multiple tax types and regulations.
- Minimum Association Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Tax, Accounting, or Accounting & Tax
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly Income Tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN)
- Familiar with tax calculation and filing of Monthly and Annual Tax Returns
- Understanding of fiscal reconciliation and tax compliance procedures
- Possession of Brevet A & B Tax Certification will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, accurate, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Key responsibilities
- Handle and ensure the Company's monthly and annual tax compliance
- Prepare tax calculations, reconciliations, payments, and tax reporting
- Handle PPh Article 21, Article 23, Article 4(2), Article 22, Unification Tax, and VAT (PPN)
- Perform reconciliation between accounting records, transactions, and tax data
- Review tax invoices, withholding tax slips, and supporting documents
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Monthly Tax Returns (SPT Masa) and Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns
- Perform fiscal reconciliation and support tax adjustments
- Monitor tax payment and reporting deadlines
- Prepare supporting documents for tax audits or reviews
- Coordinate with internal departments and external Tax Consultants
