Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Tax Staff to support our Finance team in managing accounting records, financial transactions, and tax-related activities.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of accounting and taxation, strong attention to detail, and is able to work accurately in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and manage tax-related documents and reports.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax compliance, including calculation, payment, and reporting.
- Ensure accounting and tax documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Assist with PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and other applicable taxes.
- Support the preparation of tax invoices and related documentation.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
- Monitor changes in accounting and taxation regulations relevant to the organization.
- Perform other accounting and tax-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or taxation.
- Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience in handling tax calculation, payment, and reporting.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to join immediately.
