Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in the mining industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare, record, and maintain all financial transactions to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage tax administration, including calculation, reporting, and compliance with regulations.
- Control, organize, and maintain financial and tax documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (auditors, tax authorities, vendors) on financial matters.
- Monitor and improve accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support related to finance and tax operations as needed.
