CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Consultation & Management
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding Bookkeeping, Accounting and Taxation matters. Facilitate tax and financial support for personal and corporate business.
- Financial Operations
Accurately process client financial transactions, execute journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and generate timely financial reports.
- Tax Compliance & Reporting
Calculate, prepare billing, and report clients’ routine taxes (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah). Ensure accurate and timely submission of SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan .
- Investment Reporting
Prepare LKPM calculations accurately.
MIN REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Accounting & Tax position, specifically handling end-to-end tax reporting and financial reconciliations.
- Practical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah, SPT Masa/Tahunan).
- Ability to communicate professionally in English (written and spoken), must have.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a structured team workflow.
NICE TO-HAVE
- Experience working in a Consultancy environment, handling multiple clients.
- Experience in providing direct client consultation and managing client expectations.
