The company opened its first store at Lippo Mall Puri in June 2025 and then its second store at AEON MALL BSD in November 2025. All of our executives, including the CEO, are experts from Korea, specializing in space design, menu development, operations, and marketing.

Position Required
PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI is recruiting a Tax Accounting.
This position will be located at our headquarter in Jakarta Barat and will be responsible for performing tasks such as finance management, accounting and taxation-related work, also supporting Korean-Indonesian communication support.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and reporting of tax return data (PPh21, PPh23, PB1, Unifikasi etc.)
- Organize documents related to monthly payroll tax processing
- Enter, organize, and report tax & accounting data accurately and periodically (annual & monthly finance & fiscal statement)
- Responding to salary-related tax issues such as BPJS, THR, allowances, etc
- Communicate and coordinate with government tax representatives and relevant authorities
- Manage expenses, receipts, invoices, and payment supporting documents
- Prepare financial summary reports for management
- Analyze payroll, tax, and financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential risks
- Reconcile tax reports with payroll and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare tax-related analyses and reports to support management decision-making
- Monitor tax regulations and reporting deadlines, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Taxation
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in tax reporting (PPh21, PPh23, PB1, Unifikasi etc.)
- Experience in F&B Industry is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, preferably with experience in tax reporting platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and tax data accurately
- Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required
