Accounting & Tax Officer

Indo-Ned Consultancy is a business consulting company based in Kuta, Bali, supporting a diverse range of clients, from startups to international corporations across various industries. We are currently looking for an Accounting & Tax Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will be directly involved in handling real client cases, not just routine work, allowing you to build practical experience in accounting, tax and financial reporting. You will be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism and continuous growth, where your ideas, attention to detail and problem-solving approach will be appreciated and developed over time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, providing consultation on accounting and taxation matters.
• Facilitate client needs related to corporate banking, tax and BPJS account administration.
• Process client financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Calculate, prepare billing, and report clients’ routine taxes before the specified deadlines (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah), including proper documentation and filing.
• Prepare and submit SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare LKPM calculations and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent in Accounting or Taxation.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah).
• Have experience handling client work (reporting, consultation, and coordination) is a plus.
• Able to write or speak professional in English.
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Can work well with team, take initiative, quick to learn, and always aware of what needs to be done.
