Responsibilities :
1. Maintain and manage accounting ledgers by accurately and promptly posting all financial transactions.
2. Review and analyze daily financial activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
3. Prepare monthly financial statements accurately and deliver them within established deadlines.
4. Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
5. Support audit and tax processes by preparing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
6. Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and organized for easy access and reference.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support smooth interdepartmental workflows.
8. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the manager to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- • Minimum 1 year experience in a Consulting Firm.
- • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
- • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate)
- • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and in a team.
- • Brevet A, B, & C certification is a plus.
