Accounting & Finance Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in real-world accounting and finance operations, including transaction recording, merchant reconciliation, and tax administration. This is a great opportunity to build practical skills and gain exposure to how finance functions operate in a dynamic business environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Record daily financial transactions and support bookkeeping activities
2. Assist in reconciling merchant and bank transactions
3. Organize and maintain supporting documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)
4. Support the preparation of basic financial reports and schedules
5. Assist with tax-related administrative tasks (data entry, document preparation)
6. Work closely with the finance team on day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
1. Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting or a related field
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles
3. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas are a plus)
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
5. Eager to learn and open to feedback
6. Able to communicate clearly and work in a team
Nice to Have
1. Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN)
2. Previous internship or organizational experience
3. Familiarity with accounting software
