📝 Job Description:
• Assist the Accounting & Tax team in handling daily operational activities
• Support financial data entry, reconciliation, and document checking
• Assist in preparing accounting and tax related documents for clients
• Organize and maintain financial and administrative documents properly
• Support communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients when needed
• Learn and assist in handling client-company accounting and tax matters under staff supervision
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
✨ Requirements:
• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates from Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related majors
• Interested in accounting and tax field
• Basic Mandarin communication skills are a plus
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under deadlines and handle administrative tasks properly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Available for internship period of 3–6 months
