Deskripsi pekerjaan Accounting and Tax Consultant (Associate Level) Logiframe (PT Theta Jaya Sejahtera)
We are looking for an Accounting Consultant to support the finance team in handling bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting for clients across various industries.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in both accounting and taxation fields within a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping and record clients’ daily financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
- Execute monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports.
- Calculate monthly tax obligations (VAT, Withholding Taxes, Income Tax).
- Handle e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax payments, and e-Filing submissions.
- Prepare payroll for clients (salary, overtime, BPJS, and PPh 21).
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting, tax, and payroll records.
- Communicate professionally with clients to address accounting or tax matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external parties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and employment regulations.
- Visit or work at client sites when required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- 1–3 years of experience in tax administration, accounting, or document control.
- Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations and e-Faktur / e-Filing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, confident, and able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Agile and adaptable in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to travel or stay at clients’ site when required.
- Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) at BSD.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 WIB.
