Job Description :
- Work with the Project Officer on execution for client projects (e.g., Backdated projects, Accounting System Setup, etc.).
- Review and validate the accuracy of data and preliminary reports before further processing.
- Actively research, test, and assist in implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools solutions to automate and optimize project workflows.
- Conduct routine onsite visits to client offices for administrative coordination, service support, and gathering project requirements.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, or other related fields.
- Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with internship experience; interest or experience in the footwear retail industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and fundamental Indonesian tax regulations.
- Strong curiosity and passion for technology, with an interest in exploring AI tools to enhance work efficiency and a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) & Google Workspace. Familiarity with cloud accounting software (Xero, Syft, or Jurnal.id) is a plus.
- Willing and flexible to make routine onsite client visits with proactive and confident communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and multitasking skills, high professional ethics, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Available to start immediately.
