Accounting & Finance Supervisor

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Able to supervise and coordinate the Accounting & Finance team.

Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company procedures.

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo industry is an advantage.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily Accounting & Finance operations.

Review and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.

Manage company cash flow and financial planning.

Ensure timely tax and financial compliance.

Coordinate with management regarding financial performance and budgeting.

Supervise and develop Accounting & Finance staff.
