Qualifications — Accounting & Finance Manager (Multi-Brand F&B)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or multi-outlet business
- Experienced in handling multi-brand / multi-outlet financial operations
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial Statement & P&L
- Cash Flow Management
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cost Control & Food Cost Analysis
- Taxation (PPh, VAT/PPN, etc.)
- Inventory & Purchasing flow
- Familiar with POS systems, inventory systems, and accounting software (Accurate, Moka, ERP, etc.
- Able to analyze sales reports, operational costs, and profitability across outlets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with operational teams and management
- Able to create financial reports, operational analysis, and strategic recommendations for management
- Strong integrity, discipline, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, Lookup, basic formulas, reporting dashboard)
- Experience in audit preparation and financial compliance is a plus
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic F&B environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling centralized finance for multiple outlets/brands
- Understanding of restaurant operational flow and daily closing process
- Experience managing Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Cost Control teams
- Familiar with EDC reconciliation, sales settlement, MDR analysis, and stock opname system
