Agile Technica is a growing Software and Consulting company specializing in application development in the cloud environment and Agile methodology. We are trusted to deliver several mission-critical projects, meaning we need to grow our team.
We are currently looking to expand our already strong technical team by and looking to expand our already strong team by adding a new Accounting and Finance Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Accounting & Financial Recording
- Record daily financial transactions (journals, cash, bank, etc.).
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records.
- Maintain organized financial documentation in line with audit standards.
- Financial Reporting & Tax Administration
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Handle basic tax administration tasks including e-invoicing, e-withholding, and e-filing.
- Project Finance Support
- Support internal accounting needs for project operations (e.g., budget monitoring, realization reports).
- Coordinate with project teams for documentation, reporting, and expense tracking.
- Assist in controlling project expenditures to align with approved budgets.
- Client & Project Advisory
- Assist project teams with finance/accounting-related client matters.
- Propose best practice solutions for complex client finance/accounting cases.
- Team Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Contribute to the development and updating of finance-related SOPs.
- Share updates on regulations (e.g., tax, PSAK/IFRS) through internal training.
- Participate in onboarding and training of new team members.
- Audit & Administrative Coordination
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks as needed.
