About the Role
We’re looking for an Accounting & Finance Advisor who acts as both an Account Manager and Educator for our clients.
In this role, you’ll help businesses understand, structure, and improve their accounting and financial reporting, while guiding them hands-on through our internal platform and tools. Beyond 1-on-1 client support, you’ll also play a key role in educating the broader ecosystem through social content, workshops, seminars, and online/offline sessions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands accounting deeply—and can explain it simply.
What You’ll Do
Client Advisory & Account Management
Act as a primary accounting & finance advisor for assigned clients
Guide clients in:
- Financial reporting
- Revenue & expense tracking
- Basic accounting workflows
- Business performance understanding
- Review client data and help interpret financial statements
- Assist clients in improving reporting quality, consistency, and discipline
- Translate accounting concepts into practical, business-friendly guidance
Education & Enablement
Teach accounting & finance concepts via:
- Short-form educational content (social media)
- Webinars & online classes
- Offline workshops & seminars
- Help design educational materials, slides, and simple frameworks
- Represent the company as a trusted finance educator for SMEs and founders
Collaboration
- Work closely with product, operations, and internal teams
- Provide structured feedback from clients to improve tools, workflows, and education materials
What We’re Looking For
- Background in accounting, finance, audit, or financial consulting
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Core accounting principles
- SME / startup finance needs
- Comfortable advising and teaching non-finance founders
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
- Confident teaching individuals or groups (online & offline)
- Comfortable with modern digital tools and software
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, or founders
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, consultant, or content creator
- On-camera confidence for educational videos
- Experience with accounting software or ERP platforms
