Role Description
Accounting:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, (Account payable, account receivable) Prepare invoices and payment documentation
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
- Support tax documentation and reporting (Monthly SPT)
Administration:
- Manage office administration and documentation Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams Processing online stores orders
- Official correspondence
- Maintain proper document control and filing system
