Role Summaries & Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting administration
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Manage document archives and filing systems
• Handle inquiries and requests for accounting-related information
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Support the accounting team with other administrative tasks
