Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts of [OrbusNeich Entity], including inputting and maintaining accounting entries in the accounting system, preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliation, handling invoices and payments and prepare monthly financial reports;
- Establish and implement finance-related internal controls in alignment with OrbusNeich Group’s operations and standard operating procedures
- Work closely with production team to support the setup and maintenance of bill of materials (BOM) and related costing processes
- Liaise with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filing;
- Handle year-end statutory audit;
- Assist in year-end audit for group consolidation;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandatory)
- Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, hands on experience in setting up account process/system for a startup and ERP implementation, particularly Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
- MNC and/or audit experience is preferred;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Self-driven, hands-on, with the ability to work well under pressure.
