Accountant

Working in a dynamic retail and distribution environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely and accurate tax and BPJS administration in compliance with applicable regulations

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Record and review financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for online sales, retail, and distribution activities.
• Handle tax administration, including tax calculations, reporting, and compliance.
• Manage BPJS administration and ensure timely payment and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain proper accounting and tax documentation.
• Utilize Odoo and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and BPJS regulations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, distribution, or a related industry.
• Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and accounting software; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
