Accountant - Jurnal System (Mandarin Speaking)

Eat Pizza, Korea’s #1 viral pizza chain, is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data and financial entries into accounting software and maintain organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.

• Process and follow up on invoice matters

• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate balances and investigate discrepancies.

• Assist in preparing monthly/yearly taxes, salary report, financial reports, statements, and summaries for compliance and to support management decision-making.

• Review and process employee salaries, expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper approvals.

• Assistance during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

• General administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence related to financial matters

• General administrative or other related matters related to the smooth operations of the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 2 years experience in corporate accounting and tax in Jakarta.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)

• Experience in Jurnal Accounting system is required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
