The Role:
As our graduate Accounts & Administrative Specialist, your role will be with a focus on client interaction, particularly through phone calls so good english is a must with a bubbly personality . Your responsibilities will include:
- General accounting for a small business with few transactions (a couple of hours a day) and reporting: Managing and accurately maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Active Client Communication: Your primary responsibility will be maintaining regular contact with clients through phone calls. This involves not just responding to inquiries but also proactively reaching out to discuss financial matters, provide updates, and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Problem Solving and Advisory: Offering strategic financial advice during client calls, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate through various financial scenarios.
- Data Entry and Management: Handling data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Collaborative Support for Sales and Marketing Teams: Providing key financial insights to the sales team, often involving phone discussions to align sales strategies with financial data. You may also be involved in client calls alongside sales team members to offer financial perspectives.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Staying updated with financial trends and regulations, especially in the digital marketing sector, to provide the most current advice during client interactions.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on phone-based client interaction.
- Minimum of two year of practical experience in accountancy, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with clients.
- Proficiency in data entry and financial analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding in BPJS and Taxation is a plus value
