Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Receivable PT Global Jet Ecommerce
What will you do:
- Create invoice based on Contract/Quotation/Sales Order.
- Responsible for collecting payments from Account Receivable / Other Receivable.
- Check and update the bank statement information to system.
- Classified all bank receipt based on its nature for Cash Flow Statement.
- Create journal for invoicing, bank receipt and accrued revenue accurately.
- Reconcile account journal and listing tie up with Trial Balance every month.
- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous journals and maintain Company’s accounting processes.
- Assist in monthly closing by ensuring all cash receipt & cash out transactions are properly recorded.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and report any tasks that assigned from Upper Level.
- Prepare weekly report for all Outstanding Account Receivable and Other Receivable to Manager.
What you will need:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in accounting is required for this position.
- Ability to function Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Have extensive knowledge in A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Financial Statement as well as taxation.
- Have a high attention to detail, good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus (Can speak, read and write Mandarin very well)
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadline.
- Can join immediately.
