Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Receivable Support PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and compile financial and operational data related to revenue streams for analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring transactions to ensure they are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards, including checking the physical delivery notes/delivery order.
  • Support the implementation of revenue assurance processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy, performing physical settlement and softcopy of delivery notes/delivery order.
  • Help identify and report discrepancies in billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to revenue processes activities.
  • Prepare basic reports on revenue performance, recaps of delivery notes/delivery order with data and highlighting trends or issues for review by senior team members.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and operations, to provide assistance and resolve revenue-related issues.
  • Additional administrative works.
  • Help ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements related to revenue recognition.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/S1 graduates, 0-2 years of experience from related background will be beneficial.
  • Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and data management tools.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to revenue recognition.
  • Basic analytical skills to assist in data interpretation and trend identification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
