Requirements :

- Previous experience in Finance is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Good time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Available to join immediately.
- Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
Job Description :
- Reconciled daily outlet sales with POS reports.
- Verified and matched payment transactions from QRIS, e-wallets, and food delivery platforms.
- Monitored fund settlements from payment platforms and reconciled them with bank statements.
- Assisted in preparing invoices and monitoring customer accounts receivable.
- Identified and followed up on discrepancies in sales and payment transactions.
- Prepared accounts receivable and payment collection reports.
- Entered financial data and maintained financial document records.
