About The Role
The Accounts Payable team plays a vital role in driving business success by ensuring timely and accurate AP-GL transaction processing, providing the financial foundation for informed decision-making and achievement of business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing :
•Process vendor invoices and payments.
•Resolve invoice and payment issues.
•Reconcile vendor accounts.
•Maintain AP records and reports.
•Ensure compliance with company and tax requirements.
•Support process improvements and cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For :
•D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
•Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
•Fluent in English.
•Knowledge of PPh & PPN regulations.
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
•Able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
•High integrity and adaptabl mindset.
