Requirements :
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduate are welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet
Detail-oriented, analytical, able to work under deadlines, and high integrity.
Familiar with ESB system
Job Description :
Verify and process invoices and payment requests.
Prepare and execute vendor payments on time.
Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records.
Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
Support month-end closing and audit activities.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Prepare and submit payment transactions through the bank system for approval and execution.
Verify payment details and supporting documents before processing.
Monitor payment status and maintain accurate transaction records.
