Qualifications for Account Payable Staff:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc).
- Understanding of basic accounting journals and financial principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Odoo, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPH) in payment transactions.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and accurate.
- Willing to be placed in Galeong, Tangerang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPH) regulations.
- Process payments to vendors based on agreed terms.
- Record and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain accurate payment records and resolve discrepancies.
- Support finance team with financial reports and other tasks as needed.
