Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Officer Dept. Head (Multifinance) PT MITRA CAKRAWALA INTERNATIONAL
What we're looking for:
- S1 All Major
- Has a Minimum 2 years experience in sa imilar role and industry
- Maximum Age is 40th Years Old
- Having a good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to operate the system such as Ms. Office or other tools to help the job
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure communication, service, attention, and adaptation for each prospective customer, as well as provide financing quality and maintain the continuity of long-term relationships by anticipating financing needs (Know Your Customer).
- Communicating, serving, and understanding the needs of suppliers/dealers/partners and capturing every financing opportunity.
- Conducting On-The-Spot visits to debtors/debtor projects at least once every six months.
- Observing, evaluating, analyzing, researching, and investigating every prospective customer and mitigating arising risks.
- Anticipating developments and changes in economic, social, political, and environmental conditions to take preventive, controlling, and corrective actions for the managed portfolio.
- Managing each account from realization to settlement, including efforts to ensure financing repayment and minimizing company losses.
- Manage team and expanding the potential market
