Currently, we're looking for additional Account Officer (B2B Partnership) to scale up our business and fostering good relationship with our clients.

Job Description

  • Managing and nurturing good communication with corporate partner
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders
  • Planning, executing, and overseeing partnership initiatives and engagement activities
  • Analyzing partner’s need, understanding their obstacles, and offering the best solutions for the business
  • Collaborating with internal team to deliver seamless support and services to partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business collaboration opportunities
  • Developing strategies to improve partner engagement and retention

Qualification

  • Have 0-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales related position
  • Proven experience in managing and developing B2B partnership
  • Have the experience in managing corporate training or HR solutions product will be a plus point
  • Strong project and task management skill, able to prioritize urgent task and assignment
  • Proactive, creative, and agile individual that could adapt easily in every situation
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic towards client’s struggle and have a good initiative to offer the best solutions for their needs
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented will be a plus point
  • Willing to travel as required for partnership activities
