- Identify & prospect new business while maintaining & expanding services to assigned customers
- Have a solid Enterprise-level engagement with both potential clients and existing customer
- Nurture clients to ensure long term relationships and explore other potential sources of revenue
- Engage with key executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO) to understand the customers business process and build trust, while also working with key people from multiple functions (Procurement, Finance, IT)
- Work with the extended team and adapt the available resource mix to maximize achievements, market coverage, and financial performance
- 5+ years of experience as Account Manager, preferably in the IT industry
- Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, & understanding business requirements of senior decision-makers
- Possess highly developed business acumen & negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively & efficiently & set priorities
