Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at our social media agency, you will be the key driver ensuring smooth coordination between strategy, content, design, production, and client communication. You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple clients while ensuring the final output meets both agency and client expectations. Your role bridges creative vision and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Delivery
- Plan, organize, and oversee social media campaigns, content calendars, and brand activations across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop timelines and workflows for each project and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation, briefs, revisions, and approvals.
Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate client needs and feedback into actionable internal tasks.
- Attend client meetings, present timelines and progress updates.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, designers, videographers, and media buyers to ensure cohesive execution.
- Assign and monitor tasks across departments while balancing workloads.
- Conduct regular internal check-ins to ensure progress and alignment.
Quality Control
- Review deliverables for consistency with brand guidelines and briefs.
- Flag any potential issues early and propose solutions.
Optimization & Growth
- Identify areas for process improvements, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas to enhance campaign performance and internal workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an account manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft1 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
