Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitaryware and fittings brand serving architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality businesses, contractors, and high-end residential clients. Our collections combine European-quality components with a distinctive design language inspired by Bali. We operate across Indonesia and work closely with clients throughout the full project journey, from product selection and quotation through delivery, installation support, after-sales service, and long-term account development.
Tasks
- The Account Manager is responsible for managing Ahti’s client relationships after the initial sales engagement.
- The role focuses on ensuring that clients receive clear communication, accurate coordination, reliable after-sales support, and a consistently high level of service. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact between clients and Ahti’s internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing.
- The successful candidate must be organised, commercially aware, confident communicating with professional clients, and capable of managing multiple projects and customer requests at the same time.

Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, sales support, hospitality, interior products, construction materials, or a related field.
- Experience managing professional or B2B clients is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing customer complaints and coordinating solutions across different departments.
- Experience using a CRM, customer service platform, ERP system, or order-management system.
- Expert in Interior Industry
- Good communication in English is a mandatory
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design is a plus
