Account Manager

NoLimit Indonesia is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand client objectives and measure success.
• Drive product adoption and customer engagement.
• Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new users.
• Collect client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to internal teams.
• Coordinate with Operations, Analyst, Product, and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure client commitments are fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate account information and prepare regular reports on client activities, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience handling B2B or enterprise clients is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
