Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles
- Experience working in industries such as IT, SaaS is a plus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—both verbal and written. Capable of communicating effectively with C-suite executives and management
- Target-Oriented: Ability to consistently achieve sales targets
- Customer-Obsessed: Sensitive to the needs of prospective clients, with the ability to deeply understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
What You'll Do (Scope of Work)
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Present and demonstrate Nusawork's solutions based on customer needs through consultative selling
- Develop proposals and commercial offerings for prospective customers
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospects to achieve win-win solutions
- Actively hit monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales activities, customer information, and opportunity pipeline in CRM
