Join the dynamic team at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi as an Account Manager. This full-time role in Jakarta will see you responsible for managing key customer accounts and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.
Project Overview (Brief overview of project, client, scope & objectives):
1. Responsible for sales activity for IT solutions, particularly within system integrator projects.
2. The positions requires close with customer for the purpose accessing customer needs, find new market opportunities, presenting offers, negotiating and closing contract, and monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction.
3. Informal contacts/lobbying, approach the customer to get advance information before tender, maintain relationship or build with new customer.
4. Finding, creating opportunity and develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deals.
5. Offer solution to customers by study and evaluate customers problem.
6. Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system.
7. Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account.
What we're looking for:
1. At least more than 2 years experience as account manager or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
2. Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
3. Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
4. Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
6. Ability to manage multiple Accounts in parallel.
7. Well-groomed appearance.
8. Salary would be based on experience.
