OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
Account Manager takes responsibility in daily connecting & serving client with greatest satisfaction to keep and expand business, communicating with all departments to manage the project as request. He/ She also coach & guide junior member of team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
MOST FREQUENT DUTIES
1. 80%:
- Take all responsibility for the client project: lead IMC campaign (360 degrees) from ATL to BTL, including Digital, Social, Event/ Activation
- Monitor all activities of the project to make sure to deliver the greatest satisfaction to the client
2. 20%:
- Coach and guide the junior team members
- Support teammates for other projects
OCCASSIONAL DUTIES
- Support teammate for other projects of assignment from line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Background
- Through-the-line strong experience or background
- Digital/ IMC background
2. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/ Senior Account Supervisor at agencies (Japanese agency is a plus)
3. Knowledge: Have knowledge about the Automobile industry
4. Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Client Service mindset: kind, calm, mature, good listener, open-minded
- Positive thinking, energetic, flexibility
