Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by partnering with Building Management (BM) to adopt Parkee’s B2C product.
- Deliver presentations, conduct product pitching, and lead negotiations with BM until agreement/contract signing.
- Organize and support product socialization sessions with building users/tenants/visitors to introduce and encourage usage of Parkee’s B2C product.
- Act as the main liaison between Building Management, end-users, and internal teams (marketing, business operations, product, business development) to ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor ops on-site performance and coordinate with the ops team to ensure execution aligns with business targets.
- Achieve sales, transaction, and user adoption targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, negotiation progress, socialization activities, and ops performance.
- Collect feedback from BM and end users to support product development and improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship or freelance experience in sales is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High motivation, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify customer/BM needs and propose effective solutions
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills to process and analyze sales or client data
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to travel or work flexible hours if needed
