The Account Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and achieving sales targets for IT products and solutions. This role also leads the sales team and develops strategies to drive business growth. Placement at PT Wyntra Loka Data (Subsidary Company)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Acquiring new clients & maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team.
- Coordinate with procurement, technical, and finance teams.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial sales role.
- Proven experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in IT procurement, software, and hardware sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
