WE ARE HIRING: Account Management Intern

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic individual to join our team as an Account Management Intern. This role is ideal for those who want to bridge the gap between psychological insights and professional client relations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Prospecting: Actively identify and source potential new clients through various channels, including social media, networking, and market research.
  2. Needs Analysis: Analyze client requirements from a behavioral and business perspective to provide tailored, ideal solutions.
  3. Strategic Proposals: Develop and submit persuasive proposal offers designed to meet specific client needs.
  4. Relationship Management: Maintain continuous and active communication to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
  5. Follow-up & Closing: Perform thorough follow-up activities to assist in driving the partnership toward a successful deal closing.
  6. CRM & Administration: Manage prospect data and maintain accurate activity logs within the internal CRM/administration system.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product, and IT, to ensure client expectations are aligned with our delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
  2. Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to apply psychological principles (e.g., empathy, active listening) to professional client interactions.
  5. Highly proactive, team-focused, and eager to drive business growth.
  6. Demonstrates strong work ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
  7. Digital Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
