Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, or equivalent customer-facing roles
  • Experience handling Banking, Government, Priority, Corporate, or Strategic Accounts will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under targets and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution capability
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Good command of English will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand business needs and create sustainable value
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client account management and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Manage regular client engagement and business reviews to strengthen partnership and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive business growth through account expansion, solution positioning, and achievement of revenue targets
  • Develop opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas to improve account performance
  • Lead commercial discussions, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and agreement finalization
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Manage client issues and escalations proactively to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor account progress and communicate updates, initiatives, and business outcomes to relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously assess client objectives, market opportunities, and strategic needs to strengthen long-term partnerships
