JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager at Pranala Social, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and ensuring the success of our client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong client partnerships, strategizing digital marketing initiatives, executing sales and marketing campaigns, managing projects from concept to completion, and optimizing paid advertising efforts. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional client services and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness. Your ability to navigate the complexities of account management while delivering results will be crucial to our ongoing success.

We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. A hybrid work arrangement is available, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional commitments with personal well-being. Essential skills required for this position include proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, sales and marketing, project management, paid advertising, account management, and key account management. RESPONSIBILITY

- Handle multiple brands & ongoing projects end-to-end

- Manage client, internal team, and vendors simultaneously

- Ensure delivery is on-time, on-quality, and controlled

- Build reports that give insight and direction, not just recap

- Drive retention and grow accounts through upsell


REQUIREMENTS

- 3–4 years experience as Sr. or AM in digital/creative agency (Mandatory)

- Experienced handling medium–large brands

- Strong project & vendor management

- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Able to think, not just execute
