Job Description:
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Produce various content formats, including short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions, and copy.
- Create content concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and develop relevant, timely, and engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute content campaigns and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Manage the content production process from ideation to production, editing, and publishing.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Content Creation or a similar role.
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a creative agency is highly preferred.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Creative, proactive, and collaborative.
