Requirements :
- 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in Business Development in IT Outsourcing / Manpower Services.
- Previous experience in an IT company providing outsourcing, managed services, or staffing solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing business processes, including resource placement and client management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in handling client contracts, vendor registration, and administrative documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to coordinate with technical teams and ensure smooth resource fulfillment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with existing outsourcing clients and new prospects.
- Identify business opportunities related to IT manpower, outsourcing, and managed services.
- Coordinate recruitment fulfillment with internal Talent Acquisition and technical teams.
- Monitor deployed resources and ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle contract management, vendor registration, SLA monitoring, and documentation processes.
- Lead and coordinate stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deployment stage.
- Conduct account planning and pipeline management to achieve growth targets.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding account performance, client needs, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure successful delivery and long-term retention of outsourcing engagements.
