Qualifications:
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Previous experience as Sales/Account Manager/Business Development in the IT industry is highly preferred.
- Confident and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with CRM tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of IT products/services is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions with company products/services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
