Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our product and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

1. Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
2. Serve as primary day-to-day relation with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
4. To build and maintain strong, long lasting costumer relationship in order to increase sales and their loyalty
5. To work closely with product team and develop your IT knowledge by attending training class.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree, any major or equivalent experience
2. 2 years of proven success in client management
3. Familiarity with sales performance metrics
4. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
5. Able to work as a team, independent, and must fast learner
6. Having knowledge of government and private sector tender processes. Familiar with tender documents
7. Have experience in sales and business development within the IT industry or cyber security properly
