Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM or internal tracking tools.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and marketing needs.
- Present the agency's services and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions for clients.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Project teams to ensure seamless project handovers after closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings, pipeline value, revenue, and client acquisition.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Previous experience in a Creative Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, or Media Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and networking activities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
