Who We Want:
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, with a focus on the corporate, government, and political sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in communication campaigns, business development, sales, or a related field, and a proven track record of connecting with and acquiring clients in these industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, government, and political sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
2. Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and client engagement.
4. Reporting:
Track and report on a regular basis to clients.
Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of acquiring clients in the corporate, government, and political sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points:
Experience in the government and political communication project.
Starting date: as soon as possible
Type of contract: Temporary contract (3 months or 6 months)
